Our Production Process

Our development team creates CNC equipment based on our customers’ feedback, engineers, and dealers. The machines undergo several testing before production.

We use metal cutter and bandsaw to cut the machine parts. We make sure that the machine bed is stable and have excellent flatness.

All the components and materials are assembled to create the machine. This includes the wiring, control panel, cabinets, and more.

The machine’s kinetic system are drilled with holes using special milling machines. This makes sure that the gantry moves along the guides to maintain accuracy.

The machines are relieved with vibrations and metal tension through multi-stage thermal treatment. This extends the machine’s lifespan. The bed is also painted after heat treated.

We will check the spindle alignment, operating speed, lead screw step, and radial and axial runout. They also undergo prolonged testing. We make sure they pass before shipping.

Your digital cutting machine and CNC equipment is securely packed by our team. This guarantees protection to your machines so they are safe during the transportation.

We handle the delivery of your orders from our factory to your location. We provide waybills, packing lists, and invoices. Guaranteed that your orders will arrive in your site on time.
