Full-View CCD Vision Positioning System
Our machines are equipped with a panoramic CCD vision positioning system. The overhead camera captures the entire working area in one shot, so you don’t have to scan in segments.
With this system, you can identify patterns in just three seconds—offering not only fast scanning speeds but also precise positioning. You no longer need to align materials or adjust cutting angles by hand.


Arbitrary Angle Positioning Cutting
With the help of a panoramic CCD vision system, our cutting machine can automatically detect workpiece tilt angles ranging from 0 to 360 degrees and adjust the cutting path accordingly. This means that even if the material is placed at an angle, the machine will automatically compensate, so you don’t have to worry about cutting misalignment or inconsistent finished dimensions.
Compatible with Many Materials
Our CCD laser cutting machines can cut many materials. They adjust the laser power according to the material’s hardness and thickness. Common power options are 60W, 80W, 100W, 130W, and 150W. When you cut soft materials like fabric, you can use a lower‑power laser cutter. For hard materials such as solid wood and acrylic sheets, we also have higher‑power models for you.

Applications of the CCD Laser Cutting Machine

The fabric is soft and tends to shift during cutting, so you need to pinpoint the cutting position quickly. Our CCD laser cutter is equipped with a panoramic CCD vision system that supports cutting from any angle. Even if the fabric is placed randomly, our machine can still cut it accurately.

Since the designs on labels and stickers are small and densely arranged, you need to choose a machine capable of cutting along the contours of the stickers. Our machine features a CCD resolution of up to 5MP, capable of recognizing fine lines as thin as 0.5mm.

Genuine leather is relatively expensive because it offers high material utilization. The CCD vision system can identify areas with defects in the leather and avoid them during the layout process. This allows you to save 15% to 20% on leather material.

Our CCD laser cutters can cut flexible materials such as cotton fabric, leather, and adhesive labels. They can also cut paper materials such as coated paper and corrugated cardboard. If you need to cut hard materials like acrylic and wood panels, simply choose a CCD laser cutter with a higher power.
Yes. The camera on a CCD laser cutter detects the registration marks automatically. Once the registration marks are detected, the system calculates the correct cutting position and generates the corresponding cutting path. Even if you place the material at an angle, the machine still cuts accurately.
A standard CCD laser cutter does not support automatic feeding. However, an automatic feeding system can be added as an optional configuration. With an automatic feeding system, you don’t have to load or unload by hand — the machine feeds the material continuously.
Our CCD laser cutting machines are equipped with industrial-grade CCD cameras ranging from 1.3MP to 5.0MP, with image resolutions from 1280 × 1024 to 2592 × 1944.
Our machines use CO₂ lasers to cut non-metallic materials. The cut edges come out clean with no white marks, so you don’t need to polish them afterward. The focused laser spot is approximately 0.2 mm wide, allowing for the cutting of very fine text.
Our machine supports various file formats, including DXF, PLT, AI, BMP, and JPG. It supports files created in AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Photoshop.
The main difference between the two is that CCD laser cutting machines are equipped with a CCD vision positioning system that recognizes positioning marks, whereas a standard laser machine needs manual positioning.
For flexible materials like fabric and sticker labels, a CCD laser cutter with 60W to 100W is enough. For hard materials like acrylic and wood, a 130W to 150W model cuts faster.
