Common sizes for our auto‑feeding cutting machines are 1300 × 2500 mm and 1500 × 3000 mm. The 1325 model is suitable for standard 4×8-foot sheets and small‑batch processing. The 1530 model features a wide worktable, so it is suitable for cutting large and long sheets. We can also customize the table size to meet your production needs.
The automatic feeding system consists of four steps: loading, feeding, positioning, and cutting. First, you need to place the entire roll of material on the feed rack. Next, the CNC system moves the clamps to feed the material into the cutting area. After cutting, it automatically feeds the next section.
Our automatic feeding system will not scratch high-gloss or laminated panels. The feed rollers are soft brush rollers, so they won’t damage the material. For high-gloss panels, you can choose an air‑cushion feeding table. This type of table uses high‑pressure air to lift the panels, preventing surface damage.
