Cabinet CNC Router Manufacturer
MC cabinet CNC routers are automated CNC cutting machines designed for whole cabinets and panel-based cabinetry. They can handle the entire process from panel cutting to profiling, helping you achieve intelligent cabinet production.
Our cabinet CNC routers are suitable for custom and high-end cabinet production. They can process corner cabinets, curved cabinets, and other complex structures. If you have special production needs, we also offer custom services. Please feel free to contact us at any time.
Types of Cabinet CNC Routers

One-Click Cabinet Manufacturing Solution
Our CNC cabinet cutting machines integrate with leading cabinet order-processing software. Simply import your files into the CNC system, and our machines will handle multiple steps —including cutting, drilling, and routing—in a single operation.
CNC machining delivers consistent dimensions and handles complex cabinet components in a single setup. Therefore, you can produce standard parts at scale and also make high‑end custom cabinets.

High-Precision Drilling Solution
Our cabinet CNC cutting machine features a high-precision positioning system, so drilling is very accurate. That means hinge holes and side holes come out with very little error, and you won’t get assembly misalignment. Furthermore, you can drill holes on multiple sides in one setup — no need to reposition, and that gives you even better drilling accuracy.
Automatic Loading and Unloading System
If you want to speed up loading and unloading, you can choose the automatic loading and unloading system. With this system, panels are automatically fed into the machine for cutting and then discharged once cutting is complete.
A single operator can operate two to three machines at the same time. Additionally, our CNC cabinet cutting machines perform loading, unloading, and cutting simultaneously, so they are suitable for high‑volume cabinet production.

How MC Cabinet CNC Routers Help Solve Cutting Challenges

Our company once worked with a custom cabinet company in New York. They needed to machine complex workpieces like corner cabinets and irregular cabinets. Manual processing caused dimensional errors. After using our cabinet CNC routers, they achieved high‑precision positioning, and every cabinet came out the same size.

A furniture company in Dubai needed to manufacture 1,000 cabinets within a tight deadline. The delivery pressure was high. Our cabinet CNC routers, equipped with a CNC system, enabled continuous automated processing. They helped them complete the order on time.

Flat‑pack cabinets require high drilling accuracy for the panels. Our cabinet CNC cutting machines are equipped with a high‑precision positioning system, so the positions of hinge holes are accurate. After using our machine, a Canadian flat‑pack cabinet company achieved consistent hole locations across all panels.

Office storage cabinets require a large number of evenly spaced shelf holes. A cabinet company in Indonesia used to drill these holes manually, but the production efficiency was very low. Our cabinet CNC routers are equipped with a CNC system that controls the spacing of the holes. After switching to our machine, they were able to maintain consistent shelf-hole spacing.

For small furniture factories, we recommend a three-axis cabinet router with a working area of 1300 × 2500 mm. This machine is equipped with 8 to 12 tools, allowing for cutting, drilling, and more in a single setup. Additionally, our machine features a touchscreen control system for easy operation. It’s a great choice for you to mass‑produce filing cabinets and wardrobes.
Yes, normally, one person can run a cabinet CNC cutting machine. Since our cabinet cutting machines are automated, you can operate two or three machines simultaneously. All you need to do is import the design files in advance, and the machines will cut automatically. Each machine takes 3 to 5 minutes to cut one panel, so you can easily manage multiple machines.
Our cabinet CNC cutting machines support file formats such as DXF, DWG, NC, CNC, and PLT. Besides, drawings from AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, or cabinet design software are ready to use — no file conversion needed.
Yes, our cabinet CNC routers can cut particle board, MDF, plywood, and melamine boards reliably. For panels of different thicknesses, you can set the suitable cutting parameters in the CNC system. Our system stores your frequently used machining parameters. When you process similar panels again, just load the saved parameters, and the machine will cut automatically.
Automatic labeling is optional, not standard. If you need it, we can add an auto-labeling system. With it, the cabinet CNC router applies barcode or QR code stickers to panels while cutting. This helps you sort large quantities of finished parts quickly and avoid packing the wrong products.
A 3‑axis cabinet CNC router can only machine on the flat surface of panels, so it is suitable for batch production of panel furniture. A 4-axis model features a rotating spindle, so you can make cabinets with curves and bevels. A 5‑axis cabinet CNC router can machine complex angled holes and curved surfaces.
Our cabinet CNC cutting machine supports automatic tool changing. However, this is an optional feature. If you need to change tools frequently when manufacturing cabinets, you can add an automatic tool-changing system.
