The thickness our advertising cutter can handle for acrylic and PVC depends on the cutting method and machine configuration. High-end oscillating blade advertising cutters can cut PVC foam boards up to 50 mm thick, while a 150W laser cutter can handle acrylic up to 30 mm. The main components of the CCD vision positioning system are an industrial CCD camera and processing software. Before cutting, the camera scans the registration marks on the material to locate the pattern position. The camera then sends the scanned data to the control system, which compensates for material deviation automatically.
Our advertising cutting machine supports kiss cutting for stickers and labels. When you need kiss cutting, you can equip it with a special kiss‑cut knife or an oscillating knife. You simply set the cutting depth in the CNC system based on the material thickness, so the blade cuts through the face layer without cutting the backing paper. After each use of the advertising cutting machine, you need to clean the worktable, the cutting head, and the waste inside the collection box. Additionally, you should regularly apply lubricating oil to the guide rails and transmission parts so the machine runs smoothly.
